I've just got my upgrade s21.. from s9+ and It won't connect to my data.. also my sons phone wont send messages 😒his is a brand new line too.. stressing me out now like!! Any suggestions on what to do?

To help you with both phones, could I take some further details 🙂
What happens when you try and connect to data?
Is your son unable to send messages to all numbers?
Can he make calls and receive texts?
