Hi all,
I mistakenly ordered the wrong iPhone when I upgraded online around an hour ago and so I need to cancel it. I've had a good look around and apparently need to call the customer service line which is fine, although I have no idea which department I need to go to? If I select 'accounts' there's nothing in the choices that's relevant, and if I select the 'returns' option it's about returning a device which obviously I don't have yet. Do I just go into the 'upgrade' option and wait in the queue? I assume this is just a telesales department, no?
Appreciate any help here, nothing I've found online helps.

I would recommend going through the upgrade option to speak to the upgrades team.
