Upgrade + iPhone 13

I am due to upgrade today as the iPhone 13 comes out should I log in and go to upgrade or pre order? I have already pre-registered interest. 

Thanks for any advice.

@gorringe212   It’s an upgrade not a new line.  If you just pre order you’ll have a 2nd contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@soupladel  Yes you can but it’ll depend if your in your upgrade period when you try and pre order.

I’ve been onto the upgrade system and it’s told me that I can upgrade but have to wait till 1pm

on my account it says 14 days but i was tolc by a advisor that i can today

I've just received my confirmation from EE for my order (iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1TB Sierra Blue). All done - had to pay £100 early upgrade.
