Hi guys
I got a pair of Beats X (flex) Earbuds as an add on to my contract in January 2021. Unfortunately they have developed a fault? They don’t seem to be charging, and when you try to switch them on, your either get nothing or a Red/White Led flashing which then stops.
Ive tried the factory reset of pressing & holding power & volume down button but this doesn’t appear to work either.
How do I get them repaired/replaced?
I only got these as an add-on as my last pair also failed after about 18 months.
This time they’ve lasted approximately six months!
I should’ve known not to trust someone who isn’t a real Doctor 🤣
Thanks in advance

@Bigbear5150 Apple provided the warranty on the headphones so just book a Apple Genius appointment at your local Apple Store and they’ll check them out and will probably just swap them for a different pair.
you can use THIS
if you can’t get to an Apple Store you can still contact them using the above link and post them to Apple to be looked at.
