If you've given your PAC to other network, you'll have to take it up with them.

Hi @Lou2603
Welcome to the EE Community,
If you don't use the PAC code for your number within 30 days your line will remain active.
Thanks,
David.

Hi @Lou2603
A PAC to allow your mobile number to be transferred to another network can be requested by text (this is industry-wide) and this will include details of the early-termination charge, if the number in question is still within a minimum term.
This charge will only be imposed if the PAC is given to another provider and the mobile number in question, transferred. If that's happened, then the number has already moved, the EE contract will already have been cancelled and that charge is due.
If the PAC isn't given to another provider, it will automatically lapse after 30days. Any charges associated with that PAC are only imposed if the code is used, and if it's not used, then you need not worry. If it would make you happier, you can delete the text message.

@Lou2603 if you have only supplied your daughters number to the new supplier your number will remain active.

A PAC is unique & specific to each mobile number.
Only the number covered by the PAC you have used, will have been transferred.
Your line will have a different PAC to that of your daughter.
