Hi, I placed an order for an upgrade on 10th 

I received an email to say my order was being processed, the money was taken from my bank account but have received nothing since.

I have tried tracking the delivery using the order number in the confirmation email but get a message saying Sorry this order cannot be tracked. 

How do I get further information about when my order is due ?

@anda3  What phone ? An a order number isn’t a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
