Keep getting messages weekly that the watches are delayed, any idea when they will be delivered.
Also had 2 texts one saying I will receive £20 credit on my bill another saying £10 on my bill so that is 30 in total, when will I see that show on my bill.

@Juliejuejules If Samsung are delaying this then EE like you are having to wait on Samsung.

Due to high demand, there has been a small market wide delay in deliveries from Samsung. We expect orders to be sent on a first come, first serve basis within the next 14 days.

I only wonder because on Friday my delivery details changed to due 24 hours and I still have no watch, guessing this is just a mistake?

I understand that which is why I hadn't queried earlier but my delivery information changed on Friday, i should have made that clear in my original post.
Just got excited when I saw a message saying due 24 hours and it hasn't arrived. I was hoping for more information. Thanks 🙂

You will get a text from DPD the day before your watch is going to be delivered.
If you speak to our Mobile Care team on 150, they will be able to give you an update on your order 🙂
