Green Network light

Hi, I have been looking but can find no straight answer to why the network light on my EE 4GEE router has changed from solid blue to solid green - along with a massive drop in speed, restarted, reset, spoken to EE - who expressed amazement that I get a signal at all (I've had two years' worth of 10Mb with no problems until Thursday!)  My EE phone, sitting beside the router delivers exactly that.

So, what does a steady green network light actually mean?

Any info very gratefully received!

@Loki2   The device isn’t picking up 4G have you tried restarting the device?  Switch it off for 30+ seconds then back and and see what it does.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris, thanks for the response.  I feared that might be the case.  Yes, multiple restarts and one reset under instruction from EE and it is staying green...

Loki2.. I have a 4GEE router - when a similar thing happened to me a while back there was a problem in my area.  The internet speed dropped quite dramatically but didn't disappear altogether.  Try putting your postcode into the Network Status Checker and see if there's a problem in your area.
