Hi There,
I really wanted to pass on my thanks to Gemma in Plymouth who helped me on the 150 line today. We were dealing with upgrading contracts and editing details after a family bereavement and the way she helped and guided me through the process was superb.
Sadly, due to not quite understanding how my new Apple Watch works, I accidentally cut off the call. Gemma left a lovely voicemail explaining she had sorted everything out, however I would like to be able to highlight how helpful she was and thank her for sorting out what I thought would be a complicated issue so quickly and easily, with a fantastic manner!
If this could be passed on, I would really appreciate it!
