Hi, I upgraded to iPhone 12 mini on its day of release, love the size of the phone, its perfect for when I go running, that's where the plaudits stop, it keeps losing signal, call sound quality poor, very slow when using data when out and about, in my opinion it's the worst phone I've ever owned, so much so that I have switched back to my Huawei p20 Pro which is far superior, sorry for the rant but does anyone else have issues with this phone, thanks

Welcome to the community.
It sounds like all of those problems could relate to signal strength in the area. Does it work OK when you switched back to your Huawei?
Are there any maintenance works in your area? You can check on our Coverage Checker by searching for your postcode and ticking the 'I have a problem' button.

I have used the coverage checker as you suggested and it seems OK, I used the huawei today at work without issues as usual.
I am a truck driver and cover the entire North East of England and Southern Scotland, I have stayed with ee due to their coverage, this is the first time I have had any issues.

Ah, OK, I was just checking to see if you were still within your 14 day return period (when taking a contract over the phone or online), @Hillj74.
It may be worth speaking to our Tech Gurus to run through some troubleshooting.
They may be able to get it working for you.
