Hi All,
I recently upgraded to a Google Pixel 3 XL (64gb - black) and was told by three different members of staff that the new phone would arrive with me on November 1st, but today I was told by a different EE Rep that I should expect to receive my new phone in 14 days..
Is this because the UK release is delayed or something? Or am I just being told false information and being messed about?

As I've said in the other thread. I recieved a text message saying my order was coming soon this morning. My hope for that being a reality is <10%
I'm fully expecting a text message/notification at around 8pm tonight to tell me the order has been delayed again.
I will be amazed if EE are able to provide me with the phone in the next two days as it states on the tracker.

Hi @PF10,
The text from DPD confirms that your phone has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
You can use the tracking reference to view its progress via the DPD app.
Enjoy your new phone when it arrives.

That's great news @James_B for @PF10 I do hope that he gets his handset in timely fashion.
Unfortunately for me I got the second standard text earlier this evening, that our XL3's that were previously reported as ORDER CONFIRMED for Launch day (dashed by text 31/10) only to be texted with ORDER COMING SOON 6/11 followed once more by this evening's text 7/11

We're working with Google to get your new device to you as soon as possible but we don't have a confirmed delivery date yet. From tomorrow this will be reflected on the online order tracker, which you can access at (URL Removed) and we'll update you as soon as we know more. To apologise for the delay we'll also add a £50 credit to your EE account as soon as your Google Pixel 3 has been dispatched.
At least the pretense is now over and nobody at EE is pretending to be in control of this launch. No further interpretations of when this may be rectified nor FIRST COME FIRST SERVED CLAIMS (ORDERED 12/10) which is a better way to manage all of us with previous pre lauch expectations don't you think @James_B

EE have never provided me with an order reference number.. so I can't track it

I received the same message last night saying my phone has been delayed and that I won't get it on the 9th, however, I checked the tracker this morning and it says my phone is being dispatched in 24hrs.
This is all very annoying considering I was due an upgrade in November but paid to upgrade early on the 10th of October.

Don't know if this is helpful @ghitchin as you don't say which model you ordered initially but it now appears that there are some supplies of white ones in preparation for despatch but black are not showing up any supplies is the latest I get when I dig further with EE support . So yes, it may be that the DESPATCH EXPECTED IN 24 HOURS you refer too on the tracking side for yourself, are a false positive as I still have this myself after receiving the further delay text yesterday evening. (for a pixel 3XL 128gb Black ordered 12 October)
I appreciate it needs to be reset which the text alludes too, to just show an open order with no other indication of delivery...
I do hope I am wrong for those still hoping and praying that they are the exception. So good luck to you and those in that postion.

I had a txt from EE this morning saying my phone p3 64gb black is coming soon with a link to the ee tracker. Followed the link and the tracker status has been updated today to dispatch in 24hrs date still shows 8th-9th for delivery. The fact that ee txt as well raises my hopes am I being too optomistic
