I haven't received my return package to send my old phone back, as i have recently upgraded my phone. I have until the 23rd, otherwise i get charge 350 pounds. What should I do?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

No, I have received multiple text saying how it was on its way, but that was even before I received my new phone. Calling them is probably the best way.
