So my ex has taken the phone, the contract ended last month and I paid the final bill, so I can't ring 150 from an ee phone as I am using a different provider. How can I give notice to cancel the contract as I'm assuming it'll be a rolling contract now it has officially ended?

@Ex2 Try this number +44-800-956-6000 Also if this phone was in your name and you paid for it and it was your phone you need to report it stolen if it was taken without your permission.
