I need to gift data and the app is down!!

The app is going through some maintenance it seems, this is common during night time hours.  Maybe try later or in the morning.

Me too, some advance warning if maintenance would be a better experience

Why can’t I find family usage to gift data

Have you had the Family Usage option showing previously? 

 

Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online?

I also can't find the Family Usage on either the My EE app or My EE account online. I am trying to gift data from a mobile SIM to a 4GEE wifi router, but cannot find the option anywhere.

Is the mobile WiFi device on a 30 day plan?

No, it's not just a 30 day planT. hey're both pay monthly contracts and it comes out in the same bill.
