Getting a contract but giving the phone to someone else

Lhunter02

Hi,

I'm currently able to upgrade my phone on my current contract however I'm not really wanting a new phone, but my daughter is desperate for a new one. I was just wondering if I get the phone on a sim contract could I continue to use my sim (as it would just get renewed wether I keep the phone or not) and give my daughter the phone to use with her sim or would the sim have to be used alongside the phone?

Thanks

You may move the SIM to any device you like. The plan moves with it.

You & your daughter needs to be aware that your phone is locked to EE & will need unlocking to be used with a non-EE SIM.
