Getting Use of Data from Packs

My device is a Sony Xperia Android SO-02G with data enabled.
I have 7 days £1 Talk & Text Pack. This offers 10 Mb Data, 50 texts and 25 minutes every week. Over years of use I have built up free boosts totalling Data 450 Mb and 70 mins.
For past three months I have not been able to use the Data, which should be 460 Mb each week.
I am a low user. Typically in a week I use about 10 texts and maybe 20 minutes. I would also usually use 300 Mb data, so it is quite annoying when I cannot connect to Wi-Fi that I cannot get to use the data. Is it the Talk and Text Pack stopping me use the allowance?
If so, how do I get to use the Data? It would not be economical for me to go to the £10 packs as my £1 a week covers most of what I need except recently the Data.

The APN looks completely unset. At least the Username & pwd are missing. That's why you can't use data.

Reboot the device & then do a manual search of Network Operators & select EE. Repost that 1st proper page of the APN.

About 3 months ago were you using it with another network? Maybe it didn't switch back to EE properly.

@XRaySpeX thanks. The problem is solved, great job and thanks for your guidance.

This is what I did:

In the Settings menu/ selected More, Mobile Networks, Access Point Name (APN), tapped +, then filled in the fields as advised from search for "EE apn Settings"

as follows.

Name: EE internet
APN: everywhere
Proxy: Not Required
Port: Not Required
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
Server: Not Required
MMSC: http://mms/

MMS proxy: 149.254.201.135
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 234
MNC: 30
Authentication type: Not Required or just use the default value shown

This solved the problem. Many thanks for your time and patience.

Also I hope my description of the steps helps others with the same issue.

Yes, that was my next step if resetting EE as the Network Operator didn't fill in the APN.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & it is now sorted.
