Getting Use of Data from Packs

My device is a Sony Xperia Android SO-02G with data enabled.
I have 7 days £1 Talk & Text Pack. This offers 10 Mb Data, 50 texts and 25 minutes every week. Over years of use I have built up free boosts totalling Data 450 Mb and 70 mins.
For past three months I have not been able to use the Data, which should be 460 Mb each week.
I am a low user. Typically in a week I use about 10 texts and maybe 20 minutes. I would also usually use 300 Mb data, so it is quite annoying when I cannot connect to Wi-Fi that I cannot get to use the data. Is it the Talk and Text Pack stopping me use the allowance?
If so, how do I get to use the Data? It would not be economical for me to go to the £10 packs as my £1 a week covers most of what I need except recently the Data.

The APN looks completely unset. At least the Username & pwd are missing. That's why you can't use data.

Reboot the device & then do a manual search of Network Operators & select EE. Repost that 1st proper page of the APN.

About 3 months ago were you using it with another network? Maybe it didn't switch back to EE properly.

@JOMO7 : Over the years, up to about 3 months ago, did you always have £1 Talk & Text Pack or have you switched pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)? Similarly text BOOST to 150.

@XRaySpeX

The response to AL is:

"Your current balance as of today 13:05 is £2.00. You have 95 minutes, 43 texts and 460MB remaining until 03/04/2021 for your £1 Talk & Text Pack. Your last top up was £5.00 on 09/03/2021 at 19:20. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices"

So this suggests the Data should be available.

The response from BOOST is:

"Great news. You will get an extra 70 minutes and 450MB every time you buy a pack. You are also 4 more packs away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee"

This works well for me at £1 a week.

Well, AL & BOOST confirm you have been allocated exactly what you think you should be allocated.

So let's get back to your original problem that you are unable to use data. How are you trying to use data? Do you have your Mobile (or Packet) Data switched ON?

I have Data enabled, EE Network is available, Phone data Limits within the parameters.

Prior to this problem, if I was not connected to Wi-Fi the phone auto switched me to Data. I also checked if I need to set APN, but I do not think I do.

@XRaySpeX Hi again. So,  I  have a part time job which involves occasional travel across the UK. I want to use data to pick up any emails or check bus or train times. When at stations and on some bus journeys I usually get Wi-Fi. Often there is no Wi-Fi so Data is a great help. This used to work fine up until December.

You asked to look at APN. Here are 5 screenshots:

Then I click the + icon and the various fields for APN display over 4 pages that follow:

Sorry this is long winded, but any ideas would be great to hear.
