Galaxy Fold 3 Sim Dual Sim Unlocked?

Hi,

 

From searching this forum I can see that both the Fold 1 and Fold 2 where sold unlocked by EE.  Can someone confirm that the Fold 3 is also unlocked so that I can use it for personal (EE) and work (Vodafone)?
