I have received a friends and family code from a family member but when I go to use it online whatever deal I try to use it on it says it is not eligible for that deal and I haven’t tried on multiple different deals and it’s the same message that comes up I can’t seem to find the terms and conditions for the code but the message I received for the EE code it says it can be used on any new or upgrade plans which I am due for any help would be appreciated

I can't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to do this, unless the plan is already discounted.
It may be worth speaking to our upgrades team on 150. They'll be able to take your code and try to apply it from their side.

The code can be used online, through our telesales team and in-store, @Fayyazp12.
Do you live near an EE store? It may be worth booking an appointment so they can check this for you.

I've looked into this further through our internal intranet and found that the code does indeed have to be used through EE.co.uk. I'm sorry that information I gave earlier in the thread wasn't correct.
Are you connected to a VPN when trying this? Our discount team say that this can sometimes affect using the codes.
