Hi, I upgraded and added on a friends and family discount code from my husband but it’s not showing on my bill? I called customer services and they added it on for me but my bill is still full price.
can someone please advise?

Have you received the text message to advise of your F&F discount being applied?
A code applied partway through your bill cycle won't have any impact on any bills already produced, until your subsequent bill is generated and shows the discount.
