Free boosts gone.

I had a fair few free data boosts and got a message a few minutes ago saying I'd used 80% of my data followed by a message saying data had run out a few seconds later and upon checking on myee it seems none of my data boosts are included

All of them say pending with a stopwatch beside themeven though I'm halfway through a pack cycle

Are you still able to use mobile data?

 

What response do you get if you text BALANCE to 150?

Screenshot_20210805-165343_Chrome.jpgmy balance text said I had unlimited texts remaining but makes no mention of data. All of the data from packs are just sitting on pending as shown in the image attached

So apparently it will stay pending until another top up after using all data but I definitely find it weird that I somehow used 20% of my 8gb/13gb including boosts in under 4 minutes

That is a lot to use at once. It ,may be best to have a chat with our customer care team so they can look into this with you.
