I upgraded my Apple I phone from an X to a 12 Pro and was sent a new Sim. Followed all the instructions, phone is fine but only seeing wi-fi, not seeing a network either at home or out. I've checked and there are no network issues, and I've tried restarting the phone, to no avail.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @ShortAxle and welcome to the EE community
EE often supply a replacement SIM with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, there is a problem with your existing SIM or it won't fit in your new phone.
If your existing SIM fits in your new phone and still works, there is no reason to change to the new SIM.
Does your existing SIM still work, or have you activated the new SIM?
