Has anyone had any information on the fold 3 delivery date/details I know release date is 27th, had no other information part from that.

Mines on a lorry somewhere between Birmingham and Inverness and absolutely no where near getting delivered today mess let down from EE!!

It's a total joke just rang customer service oh the phone don't come out till tomorrow I mean are these ppl clueless or what unbelievable service disgusting I'll never pre order again from ee

@HeatonD57 Mines should be at the dpd in Aberdeen by now it left England at 8pm yesterday, the dpd app says delivery for Monday which in my opinion is a joke

Yes mate it's a joke am back offshore on Monday so not going to get if for another two weeks plus need to send my old phone back to EE and was a trade In which needs to be done in a couple of days after delivery of new phone or will be a charge 😂.
Mine left Birmingham last night at half 7 so clearly should be here by now unless it's been walked up to Inverness.

I phoned and chased today and they confirmed today is launch day. Ordered on the basis that (she actually checked the stock and confirmed it is in stock) it was confirmed for delivery today.
Upon speaking with them, my phone has not been received by EE and they have no idea when they'll get or when I'll get it.
I would have simply preferred integrity when ordering and being told "there's probably going to be a delay, you should have it in x days".

Well that's that over with than. No phone for me untill am home from work, EE willnt change the address for a shop pick but yet will still charge me if old phone not sent back in time, cheers EE for your great customer service. Best in the UK are you HELL!
