I have ordered a Flexi Sim,
but do I need to cancel the monthly contract I’m on now - even tho it’s up for a standard upgrade as of today - 09/09

Before you cancel the contract you could ask CS to transfer its no. to your Flex plan.

Yes, if you no longer want it or its mobile no.
These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling month's notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.

Thank you.
So I lose my current number when I end my current contract and start the Flexi Sim?
do I need to do anything ‘my end’ when the sim arrives to cancel my current plan? Apart from insert it into my phone and log in to start monthly payments on the desired plan.
I just don’t want to be mistaken and start paying for two different things for one handset.
Hope it all makes sense
Thank you
