HELLO. So i ordered sim replacement for my number ending 244 , and still haven't received it. Its 3 weeks around now , if not even more from day i ordred it . In website i were told that it will take 48h . And i ordered tarif plan same day for that number . Basically wasted time , tarif and money for nothing. Thanks ee! Any ideas how to solve this?

If i would have sim card i would do it.
And i dont realy have a willing to buy new sim, top it up and waste more money just to call to support.... Im working night shift, and only have 2 h of free daytime before work. Basically this is like a feedback. I dont believe that my call will make sim card ship faster.

The SIM should have arrived within 2-5 working days, as this has been longer, we would need to get this looked into for you.
