Fitbit not arrived

Hi

I ordered a Fitbit on the morning of 5th of this month to be delivered to my local store. 

I have had an order confirmation but nothing to say it has been dispatched. I was expecting to receive my order yesterday.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Welcome to the community,

 

In the forums we cannot tell when you will get it, as it depends whether they are in stock. I would suggest you ring customer service to find out. If you are having it delivered to your local store, you could always go in there or ring them up to see if it has been delivered, you may find that it will arrive today, I would suggest you give DPD time to deliver it, you should get a text from them, too.
