Hi,
I’ve recently taken out 3 new sim only deals on top of an existing sim only deal. The bills have been aligned to the existing sim only deal, meaning my bill was generated 10 days after activating the 3 new sim only deals. I’ve been charged pro rata (which I expected) for the 3 new sim only deals but I’ve also been charged the full price of the 3 new sims.
Do we pay in arrears or in advance? It looks like I’m doing both for this month. I’ve been assured next month the costs will be as per the contact cost.
Thanks in advance.

Mobile phone contracts are paid 1 month in advance. You've also been charged for the period since you acquired these SIMs until your billing date (10 days). That's just to catch up. Next month you'll just be charged the following month in advance + any extras you incur this month.
