Do you have at least 500MB of data remaining?

Can you log out of your My EE Account, then log back in and try again?

Just tried that and didn’t work.

Probably have over 150GB but can’t check - just get this:

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to look into your account and see why this is happening, and also manually complete a data gift if necessary.

I have the same problem - cannot gift data to family members. EE Chat Support have done this for me twice now and they told me that EE has an issue with Data Gifting - no ETA on a fix.
