Hi i have a pre pay sim card with the number i want to keep,now all of a sudden the sim will not work ansd it has credit on it.have tried 4 different phones in which other ee sim work in but this has suddenly just stopped working saying emergency calls only.. How can i get a replacement sim card with my number and the credit on it, as due to lockdown i cant get to a store for a free replacement.Can this be done online without a charge as i realy need the sim as im missing alot of calls to my number...PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP..???
