I'm trying a add a new phone to my account for my daughter. Have selected the phone, entered the PAC code and accepted the T&C but when I proceed to the payment page I get an error which says "Sorry, there has been a problem processing this request.".
Tried a few times now and still the error persists. Is this a known problem or just an issue for me?

Now sorted. Had to order on iPad and that worked fine.
