EE live chat not showing

I have been trying to contact WE via live chat but no luck. I am a contract customer. I have also messaged on instagram and facebook. But just keep getting automated responses. I don’t have time currently to phone to chat.

Cant use mobile to make calls in Greece

EE perks password reset

I’m trying to access my EE perks account  as my discount is due to expire. I need to reset my password but I’m not receiving an email to reset it. It’s definitely the correct email address. Is anyone else having this issue?
