Resolved! Upgrading 2yr sim Plan whilst paying 3yr handset

i was hoping to upgrade my 2 yr sim plan but have been told i can’t as I’m still paying the handset off over 3yrs.Surely I should still be able to upgrade my sim plan rather than being stuck in the deal that has expired, for another year ?

Does anyone know how to activate discovery plus I’ve tried a couple of times it seems to load then goes off and doesn’t let me activate it ?

Mobile data isn’t working

I’ve recently upgraded to unlimited data and it was working fine for the first two days but now I only get a few minutes of it working a day does anyone know how to help? It was fine all the time before I upgraded but now it’s just not working

EE Wifi showing as open network

Hi, I have read a few articles but none really answered my question. So my router is transmitting the open EE WiFi channel - I have opted out of EE WiFi but it’s still here despite opting out and resetting the router etc - there’s no physical setting...
