So I have been paying for my apple watch (for the product itself and the 4g plan on it) since july 2020 and I dont really use it anymore. I want to cancel my contract on it but I don’t know how that works since I havent paid off the watch yet and would rather just send it back as doesnt have any wear or tear really and have no use for it. Would rather not keep paying for the watch without a plan so is sending it back and opting out the remainder of time an option?

You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
