Hi

i ordered an upgrade on 12th January and paid online getting a confirmation email it had gone through. Now I received an email from EE saying that I needed to call 0800 0790531

Your order is almost complete, we will have you up and running soon.

We need a bit more information from you to complete the order.
If you can give us a call on  0800 079 0531, with your XKO ready.

            Our offices are open:

•           Monday - Sunday        9:00am - 7:00pm

Once we receive this information we will get your order moving.

Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to speaking to you and getting you started with EE.

is this genuine or a scam?? I’ve tried calling 150 but they said they aren’t taking phone calls at the moment as their lines are too busy.
