I bought a ps5 today off of ee and it said that ee has got the order and the purchase was successful but I did not get a confirmation email.what should I do

When you placed your order online did you get an on-screen message with an xko number? 

 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder in your emails?

yes i did but I think the website crashed and i was not able to go back and get my xko number
