Ee perks account not resetting password

Hi have just added a phone for my daughter to my account, I have a perks account but am unable to access it to retrieve a discount code for her that phone

i try to reset password, it tells me it has been updated but then when I try to login with new password it tells me it can not be reset and try again, got locked out for 24 hours yesterday after too many attempts 

please help!!

Sorted now, there is a known issue at we end

customer services able to apply the discount over the phone 👍
