Ee perk password

Hi I'm trying to access my ee perk account and not able to access through my password and unable to obtain  my discount 20 percent code. Tried to reset password but nothing has came through on my emails. Really frustrating.

Hi, i have the same issues with generating a password reset, 

Any hints or tips? i have tried 2 devices & 2 different browsers & still no email to reset my password

Have you checked both your Spam/Junk folders?
