Have you pressed the circular power button at the front for a few secs until it lights up & so does the lights on top?

In which case the power button is at the back & doesn't itself light up.

Is it USB-connected to a power supply?

Hi @Lola1998

Thanks for coming to the community.

Does any device show your 4GEE WiFi device in the list of available WiFi networks?

If so, can you connect the WiFi?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
