Hi. I work for the NHS & already use the 20% corporate discount for both my phone & my son’s. I’m getting my daughter a phone for Xmas and tried to get the online discount for this line too. I was redirected to EE perks registration. I completed the details but unfortunately the link expired before I could validate it. Now when I try to login it states that my account is deactivated as it wasn’t validated within the required time frame. I contacted EE today to get the account reactivated and was told that EE perks is no longer available however when I look online at healthcare discounts, it’s still prompting me to login to EE perks. I’m confused! Have I been given the wrong info by EE? I’ve been told to go to HR and ask them for a discount code....

Hi, My Wife who is a nurse is having issues logging in also.
It says her account is deactivated.
We spoke to customer services who gave us a direct email to the person who runs the EE perks but it dosent work.
Can you DM me please to get the account reset please.

Seems I am also having this problem. I got the email through to my work account but on trying to activate, it says I need to log in, it wouldn’t let me reset my password and so cannot validate the email, please help..?

I’ve got the same problem, I took out a contract today. The guy told me to ring 150 and get the email address removed from account and start again.
150 advisor states they could not do this and to speak to my employer. My employer would have no access how to delete my email address or how I register this. How can I register? I have 30 days to add the code to my contract
