EE perks password reset not working

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Have you tried logging in with your work email and personal email address?

 

How long ago did you request the password reset?

Hi.
Yes I’ve tried both emails, however still struggling. I haven’t received any reset emails either. Please can I email my ID through to confirm and obtain the code? Many thanks.

I’ve had this problem for a few days. Password for perks is different to my EE but my iPhone has mixed everything up! I need to reset the password but not getting the reset link email. Frustrating!

Yes. Also tried my work email which worked however it won’t accept a new password. I have tried resetting with different passwords including auto generated but it doesn’t work.

oh now I’m locked out for 24hrs! 😡

I can log into the ee website but not the perks website using the same info. Can anyone help?

I'm having same issue. Checked spam and tried to re register but can't due to email address already registered.

Sent email to get help but all I was sent was the link that doesn't work.
