Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

I'm also having the same problem with this. Having tried a couple of times to reset my password for EE perks and it has not come through to my inbox or spam folders. I've tried calling customer services but they could only reset the password for my EE. I'm looking to upgrade but can't do that without a discount code.
