Hi everyone
please could you tell me how I cancel my broadband? I have found a couple of numbers and they result in being on hold for hours. Is there a way I could do this online?

Hi, you should try 0800 079 8586 option 3 during their office hours - 8 till 8 I think.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:
- if you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
- if you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.
You may cancel at any time but if you are still within the min. term you will have to pay Early Termination Fees.
