EE perks password reset not working

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

I last logged in around 8 weeks ago I thing, but the saved password for the account no longer works

Have you tried the forgotten your details option on the EE Perk portal to get an email sent you to reset your password?

 

If you have not received the email, have you checked your junk/spam folder?

Hi I have had the same issue with my ee perks password. It’s been over a week. Have tried checking spam e-mail. Have tried different browsers. Please can you assist. Thank you

Could I get some help with this please, also having the same problem. You’d think seeing as I have 2 EE accounts it could just be applied to both without having to renew it each time?
