Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

I'm also having the same issue of not being able to log in to my EE perks (I last logged in about 2 years ago). I have requested to reset my password but no email has been received. I've checked my junk folder also. Please could you advise how to proceed as I will not upgrade until then.

Do you get an error message when you try and log in with your Perk account details?
Did you sign up with your work or personal email address?
Also, have you checked your junk/spam folder in your email for the password reset email?

Yes I get an error message. It says 'Sorry there has been an error message. If the issue persists, please check that your Internet settings allow 3rd party cookies'. I've checked this and 3rd party cookies were allowed.
I can't remember what I did initially as it's been some time since I have used it. I tried to make a new account also as I've realised that my work email has changed but this didn't work either.
Yes it's not in the junk folder.

Do you still have access to the original work email address you used?
Could you possibly try a different web browser to see if this works for you?

I don't no as I have changed Trust so that account will have been deactivated.
I've just tried on a different browser and it says my work email, my current one, is already registered as are the rest of my details.

I am having the same issue 😞
My work e-mail has changed 3 times in the past two years since I last used my perk therefore I cannot access the e-mail associated with my EE.
Please could someone help me?
