EE perks password reset not working

Anyone else having issues resetting their EE perks password. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon to reset my perks pw but I've not received any email to reset. I've checked my spam as well. I called customer services who said it could take up to 24 hrs for the email to arrive? I am a previously registered customer. I also have a separate mobile account with a different pw to the perks, I've even tried that pw. Any ideas?

Yes I have done this but I do not receive any reset email to my NHS account or in my spam/junk folder either.

Could you check with your IT department to make sure the email has not been blocked from reaching you?

Hello 

I have just joined the EE community as I am also having issues with my password reset. I have been trying to reset all day and have never received an email. I have also checked my junk folder and nothing. Has anybody had this issue resolved? Thanks

It took a few days after opening an account before my password reset was activated. Everything worked ok after that.

Could you try and change your password using the reset password page?

 

Have you used a work or personal email address?

I had signed up using my personal email and the form asked for a work email to confirm I was eligible for the perk.

I then had to go onto my work email account to verify the address. However once I did that was I able to log in and have tried password reset from both my work and personal email addresses and still not received an email in order to do it. 

Sorry that’s suppose to say wasn’t able to log on!
