EE perk deactivated

Hi I have tried logging into my EE perks and it tells me it’s deactivated. How do I activate it again?

Yes. Apparently there were 2 accounts in my name. Been told they had reset it and tried re registering but says my work email still exists. I’m getting very frustrated it’s taking soooo long

Yes mines been saying that for over a year havent been able to reregister either says i didnt valudate it quick enough but i did my discount and nhs free data is on my account
