I have generated two EE perk codes and each states that they are invalid when I try to apply them. I want to upgrade one of the phones on my account but cannot get the code to accept. I updated two phones earlier this year and did not receive my perk as I could not get the code to validate then either.
Please can someone help.

Did you request the perk code directly through the EE Perk Portal or through a third party website?
Which phone and plan are you trying to purchase?

These were through the portal and I was looking to buy the Pixel 4xl on a 4gb a month plan at £49

@Christopher_G it says I have reached a limit on the amount of personal messages that I can send for now but I haven't sent any.
