Hi,
recently had an upgrade and 20% EE perk was added to my account. Just had my first bill and doesn't show any discount and also doesn’t show the discount on the add-ons .
Why hasnt it been taken off or how do I add it on again??

@Ems_rob You’ll have to call customer services on 150 and speak with that about this. This forum can not see you account to see why or what’s on your account.

Did you create a new perk discount code from the perk portal to use with your upgrade?
Also, did you upgrade online, over the phone or in store?
