EE missing from drop down when trying to claim free Galaxy Buds

I ordered an S21 on 30th September which comes with Free Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Smart Tag, however, when I have gone to claim them today there is no option to select EE as the chosen retailer!

 

Can someone help please
