Solved: Re: EE missing from drop down when trying to claim free Galaxy Buds - The EE Community

I ordered an S21 on 30th September which comes with Free Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Smart Tag, however, when I have gone to claim them today there is no option to select EE as the chosen retailer!

Can someone help please

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
