Website blocked on 4g

My professional website is inaccessible on 4G.

zookri.com

Fine on wifi but same problem on my wife's phone also on the same network (BT/EE). My son who's with Three can view the site on his 4g.

Checked with my hosting company who ran a trace. They came back with

"I also tried to traceroute this IP address from a few points in the world and all traceroutes die at 87.237.20.169."

87.237.20.169 happens to be part of the EE network.

Guessing it may be an IPV4 fallback issue but strange since I have other sites on the same server (not IPV6) which are working fine.

How do I get my site unblocked?

Finally my site's unblocked. The unblock request on www.blocked.org.uk worked.

Credit to EE, I received an email first thing yesterday morning to say the site had been correctly reclassified and the block would be removed overnight. Which it was.

Thanks again to @Chris_B for his helpful pointer.

Change your EE APN Settings to IPV4 Only and your probably find you can access your Website.

it’s not a iPV4-6 problem it’s a content lock issue.   Basically your site is being seen as an 18+ site.

So it's been misclassified! Thanks - this is very helpful.

So to follow up for others in a similar position, I checked my site on www.blocked.org.uk

For the http version (not secure), it's showing as being blocked by both EE and O2.

https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://zookri.com

I've used the 'unblock request' feature and apparently have to wait up to 5 days.

For the https version, EE, O2 and TalkTalk are reporting an SSL error.

https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/https://zookri.com

All other providers are fine. Blocked.org.uk do add a caveat saying "We can't get reliable results for web addresses starting with https://" so I'm not putting too much faith in this particular report. However, I've replaced my Sectigo certificate with a free 'Let's encrypt' certificate to see if that improves things.
